Spread the love

1. Choose your bagel: Start by selecting a bagel flavor that appeals to your taste buds, whether it’s plain, sesame, everything, blueberry, or another favorite. The options are endless!

2. Slice the bagel: Using a serrated knife, carefully slice the bagel in half horizontally. This will create two open-faced halves for better topping distribution.

3. Toast the bagel (optional): If you prefer a warm and crispy texture, toast the bagel halves in a toaster or toaster oven until they reach your desired level of crispiness.

4. Pick your spread: Select a spread to accompany your bagel. Popular choices include cream cheese, butter, jam, peanut butter, or hummus.

5. Apply the spread: Using a butter knife or spoon, generously apply your chosen spread on both halves of the bagel. Be sure to cover the entire surface for optimal flavor in every bite.

6. Customize with toppings: Add toppings to elevate your bagel experience. You can add veggies like tomatoes or cucumbers, proteins such as smoked salmon or sliced turkey, or even sweet toppings like honey or chocolate chips.

7. Create a sandwich (optional): If desired, place one-half of the bagel on top of the other to create a sandwich with your chosen toppings.

8. Savor the first bite: Take a moment to appreciate the aroma and appearance of your assembled bagel before taking that first delicious bite.

9. Chew slowly and mindfully: Enjoy each mouthful while taking the time to appreciate the flavors and textures of your bagel creation.

10. Pair with a beverage: Enhance your experience by pairing your bagel with a refreshing drink such as coffee, tea, fresh juice, or milk.

11. Share with friends (optional): Bagels are great for social gatherings! Consider sharing your creative masterpiece with friends or coworkers.

12. Experiment with combinations: Don’t be afraid to mix and match flavors and toppings, creating unique bagel concoctions that suit your personal preferences.

13. Enjoy regularly: The beauty of bagels is that they can be enjoyed anytime, anywhere. Make bagel eating a fun and fulfilling part of your daily routine.

About Us

Since technology is not going anywhere and does more good than harm, adapting is the best course of action. That is where The Tech Edvocate comes in. We plan to cover the PreK-12 and Higher Education EdTech sectors and provide our readers with the latest news and opinion on the subject. From time to time, I will invite other voices to weigh in on important issues in EdTech. We hope to provide a well-rounded, multi-faceted look at the past, present, the future of EdTech in the US and internationally.

We started this journey back in June 2016, and we plan to continue it for many more years to come. I hope that you will join us in this discussion of the past, present and future of EdTech and lend your own insight to the issues that are discussed.
