How to Delete the Mail App on a Mac
The Mail app on a Mac can be deleted by following the steps listed below:
Step 1: Turn on your Mac and open the Applications folder.
Step 2: Locate the Mail app and drag it to the Trash. Alternatively, you can right-click on the Mail app icon and select “Move to Trash”.
Step 3: Once you have dragged the Mail app to the Trash, you will be required to enter your administrator credentials. Enter your details and click “OK”.
Step 4: To permanently delete the Mail app, right-click on the Trash icon on the dock and select “Empty Trash”. Alternatively, you can click on the “Finder” menu and select “Empty Trash”.
It is important to note that deleting the Mail app on a Mac will not delete your email account. You can still access your emails on a web browser or other email clients.
