As an iPhone user, you might have come across the Screen Time feature that helps you monitor how often you use your phone and which apps you open the most. This feature can be helpful for those who want to limit their screen time and achieve a balanced life. However, there might be instances where you want to delete Screen Time data on your iPhone for personal reasons or to free up some space. Here’s a guide on how to delete Screen Time data on your iPhone.

Step 1: Open Settings

First, open your iPhone’s Settings app by tapping on the gear icon on your home screen.

Step 2: Tap on Screen Time

Next, locate and tap on Screen Time within the main Settings menu.

Step 3: Tap on See All Activity
Once you’re in the Screen Time menu, tap on “See All Activity” to reveal your phone usage statistics.

Step 4: Swipe Left on the Apps/Most Used

Swipe left on an app or the “Most Used” section to reveal the Delete button.

Step 5: Tap on Delete

Tap on the “Delete” button to erase the data from that particular app or section.

Step 6: Clear All Screen Time Data

If you want to remove all Screen Time data from your iPhone, you can do so by tapping on “Clear All Data” at the bottom of the Screen Time menu. Confirm your decision by tapping on “Clear Screen Time Data” on the pop-up message.

Step 7: Turn Off Screen Time

If you no longer want to use the Screen Time feature, you can turn it off by tapping on “Turn Off Screen Time” at the bottom of the Screen Time menu. Confirm your action by tapping on “Turn Off Screen Time” on the pop-up message.

In conclusion, the Screen Time feature can be handy, but there might come a time when you want to delete the data for various reasons. Follow these simple steps to erase the Screen Time data from your iPhone or turn off the feature entirely.
