In today’s digital age, it’s easy to get caught up in subscribing to various services and forgetting about them until unwanted charges show up on your bank statement. Luckily, cancelling subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad is a quick and easy process, as long as you know where to look. In this article, we’ll discuss how to check and cancel subscriptions on your iOS devices.

Checking Your Active Subscriptions:

The first step to managing your subscriptions is to make sure you know what you’re currently subscribed to. Here’s how to check your active subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad:

1. Open the Settings app on your device.

2. Tap on your Apple ID at the top of the screen.

3. Tap on “Subscriptions” to view a list of your active subscriptions.

4. Here, you’ll see a list of your active subscriptions, along with the option to manage or cancel each one.

Canceling Your Subscriptions:

Now that you know which subscriptions you’re currently paying for, it’s time to cancel any that you no longer want or use. Here’s how to do it:

1. From the list of active subscriptions, tap on the one you want to cancel.

2. Tap on “Cancel Subscription.”

3. Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.

Note: If you don’t see a “Cancel Subscription” option, it’s possible that the subscription has already been cancelled or that it’s not eligible for cancellation through the App Store. In this case, you’ll need to contact the service provider directly to cancel.

Managing Your Subscriptions:

In addition to cancelling subscriptions, you can also manage them to make changes such as upgrading or downgrading your plan or changing your payment method. Here’s how:

1. From the list of active subscriptions, tap on the one you want to manage.

2. Here, you’ll see options to change your plan or payment method.

3. Follow the prompts to make any changes.

About Us

Since technology is not going anywhere and does more good than harm, adapting is the best course of action. That is where The Tech Edvocate comes in. We plan to cover the PreK-12 and Higher Education EdTech sectors and provide our readers with the latest news and opinion on the subject. From time to time, I will invite other voices to weigh in on important issues in EdTech. We hope to provide a well-rounded, multi-faceted look at the past, present, the future of EdTech in the US and internationally.

We started this journey back in June 2016, and we plan to continue it for many more years to come. I hope that you will join us in this discussion of the past, present and future of EdTech and lend your own insight to the issues that are discussed.
