Outlook is a popular email client used by millions of people around the world. It is a powerful tool for managing your emails and keeping your communication organized. One of the features that Outlook offers is the ability to create and customize your email signature. Your signature is a great way to leave a lasting impression on your recipients and to provide them with important information about you or your business.

If you’re looking to change your email signature in Outlook, follow these simple steps:

Open Outlook –

Launch the Outlook application on your computer.

Open the Settings Menu –

Click on the “File” tab at the top left corner of the screen and select “Options” from the drop-down menu.

Navigate to the “Mail” Tab –

In the “Options” window, click on the “Mail” tab.

Click on “Signatures” –

In the “Mail” tab, click on the “Signatures” button located in the “Create or modify signatures” section.

Select the Signature to Change –

In the “Signatures and Stationery” window, select the signature you want to change from the “Select signature to edit” drop-down menu.

Edit the Signature –

Once you have selected the signature, you can modify the text, font, size, color, and formatting to your liking. You can also add images, links, and social media icons to your signature.

Save Changes –

When you’re done editing your signature, click on the “OK” button to save your changes.

Set as Default (Optional) –

If you want to set the edited signature as your default signature for all outgoing emails, select the signature from the “New messages” and “Replies/forwards” drop-down menus and click on the “OK” button.

That’s it! You have successfully changed your email signature in Outlook. Make sure to preview your signature before sending out any emails to ensure it looks the way you intended. With a well-crafted email signature, you can leave a professional and memorable impression on your recipients.

About Us

Since technology is not going anywhere and does more good than harm, adapting is the best course of action. That is where The Tech Edvocate comes in. We plan to cover the PreK-12 and Higher Education EdTech sectors and provide our readers with the latest news and opinion on the subject. From time to time, I will invite other voices to weigh in on important issues in EdTech. We hope to provide a well-rounded, multi-faceted look at the past, present, the future of EdTech in the US and internationally.

We started this journey back in June 2016, and we plan to continue it for many more years to come. I hope that you will join us in this discussion of the past, present and future of EdTech and lend your own insight to the issues that are discussed.
