If you are a PlayStation Plus member and are considering canceling your membership, the process is straightforward and can be done in just a few steps. Here’s how to cancel PlayStation Plus.

Step 1: Log in to your PlayStation account

The first step to cancel PlayStation Plus is to log in to your PlayStation account. You can do this through the PlayStation website or the PlayStation app on your console. Once you are logged in, navigate to the “PlayStation Plus” tab on the menu.

Step 2: Choose “manage subscription.”

Once you are on the PlayStation Plus tab, you should see an option for “manage subscription.” Click on that option.

Step 3: Select “cancel automatic renewal.”

After selecting “manage subscription,” you will be presented with the option to “cancel automatic renewal.” Click on this option.

Step 4: Confirm your decision.

Upon selecting “cancel automatic renewal,” you will be asked to confirm your decision. PlayStation Plus offers different cancellation options, including canceling immediately or canceling at the end of the current billing cycle.

Step 5: Finalize your cancellation.

After choosing your cancellation option, finalize your cancellation by following the prompts on the screen. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is complete.

Things to note:

– You will lose access to any games or other benefits that you received through your membership as soon as your membership is canceled.

– If you subscribed to PlayStation Plus through a gift card, the membership will expire automatically at the end of the subscription period.

– If you subscribed to PlayStation Plus through a third-party site, you will need to contact them directly to cancel your subscription.

In conclusion, canceling your PlayStation Plus membership is a quick and easy process. Following these steps will ensure that your membership is canceled, and you will no longer be charged for it.

About Us

Since technology is not going anywhere and does more good than harm, adapting is the best course of action. That is where The Tech Edvocate comes in. We plan to cover the PreK-12 and Higher Education EdTech sectors and provide our readers with the latest news and opinion on the subject. From time to time, I will invite other voices to weigh in on important issues in EdTech. We hope to provide a well-rounded, multi-faceted look at the past, present, the future of EdTech in the US and internationally.

We started this journey back in June 2016, and we plan to continue it for many more years to come. I hope that you will join us in this discussion of the past, present and future of EdTech and lend your own insight to the issues that are discussed.
