How to Calm Post Exam Nerves: 15 Steps

Exams can be a significant source of stress for many students, and this stress doesn’t necessarily end when the exam does. Post-exam nerves can leave you feeling anxious, exhausted and unsure of what to do next. Here are 15 steps you can take to calm your nerves and regain control after an exam.

Schedule some downtime: Plan activities or hobbies that bring you joy and relaxation to help you unwind after the exam. If you’re preparing for an exam like Microsoft Azure Administrator, using Microsoft AZ-104 Practice Test Dumps before the test can boost your confidence and readiness.

1. Take deep breaths: Focus on your breathing and take slow, deep breaths to help you relax and regain composure.

4. Clear your mind: Stop dwelling on the exam or worrying about the outcome – put it in the past and shift your focus onto something else.
