1.Create a Free Account

In order to save your Prezi presentations, you’ll first need to sign up for a free Prezi account. Visit the Prezi website and click “Get Started,” then choose the free version to create an account using your email address.

2.Choose a Template

Once you have an account, you’ll need to choose a template for your presentation. There are many templates available for various purposes, so pick one that suits your needs best.

3.Customize Your Prezi

Customize your chosen template by adding text, images, videos, or other multimedia elements. Be creative and experiment with different design elements to help convey your message effectively.

4.Save Your Initial Work

As you work on your Prezi presentation, be sure to save it periodically. To save your progress, click on the “Save” button located in the top left corner of the editor.

5.Organize Your Slides

Prezi presentations are created in a non-linear way, which means that you can organize and reorder your slides however you like. Use drag-and-drop functions to move content around and create a logical flow to your presentation.

6.Preview Your Presentation

Prezi offers a preview feature that allows you to view your presentation as it would appear when presenting it online or offline. Reviewing your Prezi in preview mode helps identify any errors or design issues before you share it with others.

7.Download Your Presentation

To save your Prezi for offline use or backup purposes, download it as a standalone file by clicking on the “Download” option in the top menu.

8.Share Your Prezi Online

Share a link to your online presentation with others by clicking on the “Share” button located in the top right corner of the screen while editing or viewing your Prezi.

9.Collaborate with Team Members

If you’re working on a group project, you can invite your teammates to collaborate on your Prezi. Click the “Share” button and enter their email addresses to send them an invitation.

10.Keep Your Prezi Up-To-Date

After sharing your presentation, be sure to make any necessary updates or revisions based on feedback and new information. Remember to save and re-share your updated Prezi with your audience to keep them informed.

With these ten steps in mind, you’ll be able to create, save, and share impressive Prezi presentations with ease. Happy presenting!

About Us

Since technology is not going anywhere and does more good than harm, adapting is the best course of action. That is where The Tech Edvocate comes in. We plan to cover the PreK-12 and Higher Education EdTech sectors and provide our readers with the latest news and opinion on the subject. From time to time, I will invite other voices to weigh in on important issues in EdTech. We hope to provide a well-rounded, multi-faceted look at the past, present, the future of EdTech in the US and internationally.

We started this journey back in June 2016, and we plan to continue it for many more years to come. I hope that you will join us in this discussion of the past, present and future of EdTech and lend your own insight to the issues that are discussed.
