Facebook notifications can be helpful reminders, letting you know when someone has commented on your post or when you have a new friend request. However, if you are like many people, you may find the constant stream of notifications to be overwhelming or distracting. Fortunately, you can easily block all Facebook notifications with just a few simple steps.

Here’s how to block all Facebook notifications:

Step 1: Log in to your Facebook account

Step 2: Click on the arrow icon located at the top right corner of the screen.

Step 3: Select “Settings & Privacy” from the drop-down menu.

Step 4: Click on “Settings”.

Step 5: From the left-hand side of the screen, select “Notifications”.

Step 6: Click on “Edit” next to “On Facebook”.

Step 7: Turn off all notifications by toggling the switch next to each notification type.

Step 8: Under “Push Notifications”, turn off any notifications you no longer want to receive.

Step 9: Click on “Email” and turn off notifications by toggling the switch next to each email notification type.

Step 10: Repeat the process for “SMS” if you receive Facebook notifications via text message.

Step 11: After turning off all notifications on Facebook, click on the “Save Changes” button located at the bottom of the screen.

Congratulations, you have now successfully blocked all Facebook notifications!

It’s important to note that while turning off all notifications may reduce the amount of distractions you receive from Facebook, it may also cause you to miss important updates or interactions. If you would like to continue using Facebook, but with fewer notifications, consider customizing your notification settings so that you only receive notifications for important events or interactions.

In conclusion, blocking all Facebook notifications is a quick and easy way to reduce distraction and stress caused by constant notifications. By following the simple steps listed above, you can customize your Facebook notifications to match your personal preferences and needs.

About Us

Since technology is not going anywhere and does more good than harm, adapting is the best course of action. That is where The Tech Edvocate comes in. We plan to cover the PreK-12 and Higher Education EdTech sectors and provide our readers with the latest news and opinion on the subject. From time to time, I will invite other voices to weigh in on important issues in EdTech. We hope to provide a well-rounded, multi-faceted look at the past, present, the future of EdTech in the US and internationally.

We started this journey back in June 2016, and we plan to continue it for many more years to come. I hope that you will join us in this discussion of the past, present and future of EdTech and lend your own insight to the issues that are discussed.
