TikTok is a popular social media platform that is especially known for its short and engaging videos. With its wide range of filters and effects, users are able to create fun and creative content that stands out among others. Adding filters and effects to your videos can make them more appealing and interesting to watch. In this article, we will be discussing how to add TikTok filters and effects.

Step 1: Open TikTok and Select the Video You Want to Edit

To add filters and effects to your TikTok videos, you need to open the app and select the video you want to edit from your profile. Once you have selected the video, click on the “Edit” button.

Step 2: Choose the Filter or Effect

After selecting the video, click on the “Filters” button located at the bottom of the screen. You will be presented with a wide range of filters and effects that you can use for your video. Browse through the options and choose the one that you like the most.

Step 3: Preview and Apply the Filter

After selecting the filter or effect, you can preview it by tapping on the video thumbnail. If you are not satisfied with the preview, you can undo the filter by clicking on the “Cancel” button. If you are happy with the filter preview, click on the “Apply” button to add the filter to your video.

Step 4: Adjust the Filter or Effect

Once you have applied the filter or effect, you can adjust it according to your preference. You can do this by dragging the slider located in the middle of the screen. This will allow you to adjust the intensity of the filter or effect. You can also choose to add more effects by clicking on the “Effects” button located next to the “Filters” button.

Step 5: Save and Share Your Video

After making all the necessary edits, you can now save and share your video. To do this, click on the “Save” button located at the bottom of the screen. Once the video is saved, you can choose to share it on your profile or send it to your friends.

In conclusion, adding filters and effects to your TikTok videos is a great way to make your content more engaging and fun to watch. With these simple steps, you can easily add filters and effects to your videos and stand out among the millions of users on the app.
