Firefox is one of the most popular web browsers in the world, known for its security, speed, and ease of use. One of the features that makes Firefox so attractive to users is its full-screen mode. Full-screen mode is ideal for users who want to see more of their web content on their screen without any distractions. It is also great for users who do not want to see the browser buttons or toolbars. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to activate full-screen mode in Firefox.

Step 1: Open Firefox

The first step in activating full-screen mode in Firefox is to open the browser. Once Firefox is open, navigate to the webpage that you want to view in full-screen mode.

Step 2: Click on the Full-Screen Icon

To activate full-screen mode in Firefox, you need to click on the full-screen icon located on the right-hand side of the browser. The icon is represented by two arrows pointing towards each other, and it is located in the top right corner of the browser.

Step 3: Use Keyboard Shortcut If the Full-Screen Icon is Not Visible By Default

If you do not see the full-screen icon by default, you can activate full-screen mode using a keyboard shortcut. To do this, press F11, and Firefox will go into full-screen mode. To exit full-screen mode, press F11 again.

Step 4: Enter and Exit Full-Screen Mode

When you click on the full-screen icon or press the F11 key, Firefox will enter full-screen mode. You can now view your content without any distractions. The browser buttons and toolbars will be hidden, giving you more space to see your content. To exit full-screen mode, click on the full-screen icon or press the F11 key again.

Full-screen mode is a great feature for users who want to view their content without any distractions. Activating full-screen mode in Firefox is easy and straightforward. With just a few clicks or keystrokes, you can enjoy full-screen mode while browsing the web.

About Us

Since technology is not going anywhere and does more good than harm, adapting is the best course of action. That is where The Tech Edvocate comes in. We plan to cover the PreK-12 and Higher Education EdTech sectors and provide our readers with the latest news and opinion on the subject. From time to time, I will invite other voices to weigh in on important issues in EdTech. We hope to provide a well-rounded, multi-faceted look at the past, present, the future of EdTech in the US and internationally.

We started this journey back in June 2016, and we plan to continue it for many more years to come. I hope that you will join us in this discussion of the past, present and future of EdTech and lend your own insight to the issues that are discussed.
