Google’s Super Bowl Ad Shows Off the Pixel 7’s Camera Tricks: Watch Here

For tech fans and gadget nerds, the Super Bowl is not just about football, but also about the commercials. Every year, companies spend millions of dollars to showcase their latest products and services during one of the most-watched events on television. This year, Google used the Super Bowl to promote its Pixel 7 smartphone with a clever and creative ad that showcases the device’s camera tricks.

The ad, titled “Loretta,” tells the touching story of an elderly man who uses his Pixel 7 to remember his late wife. Through voice commands, he asks Google to show him photos of Loretta, remind him of their favorite memories, and even play their favorite song. The ad is heartwarming and emotional, and it demonstrates the power and convenience of Google’s AI technology and its integration with the Pixel 7.

But what’s more impressive about the ad is the quality of the Pixel 7’s camera. Throughout the ad, we see a slideshow of photos and videos that the man has taken with his phone, and they all look stunning. The Pixel 7 uses advanced computational photography techniques to combine multiple exposures, analyze scenes, and enhance images in real-time, resulting in sharper, more vibrant, and more detailed photos and videos.

For example, the ad shows us a photo of Loretta with a blurred background and a sharp focus on her face. This effect is achieved with the Pixel 7’s portrait mode, which uses machine learning to identify the subject and separate it from the background, blurring the latter to create a bokeh effect. The result is a professional-looking portrait that stands out from the crowd.

Another impressive camera feature showcased in the ad is Night Sight, which enables the Pixel 7 to capture sharp and colorful photos even in low light conditions. We see a photo of Loretta’s dimly lit room, which looks bright and vibrant on the Pixel 7’s screen, thanks to Night Sight’s ability to capture more light and reduce image noise.

Overall, Google’s Super Bowl ad is a testament to the Pixel 7’s camera prowess and the company’s commitment to innovation and user experience. By showcasing the device’s unique features and capabilities, the ad not only promotes the Pixel 7 but also inspires viewers to appreciate and cherish their memories, just like the elderly man in the ad. Watch the ad yourself and see what the Pixel 7’s camera can do.
