Ex-Boyfriend Charged With Concealing Death of Woman Found in Woods
Juan Pio Toto, 26, has been charged with a felony count of concealment of death after the body of his ex-girlfriend, Atalia Pucheta Martinez, 23, was found in the Busse Woods Forest Preserve. Toto remains in Cook County Jail and is due back in court on December 6. The investigation is ongoing with the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office and the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office.
