Easy Roasted Turkey Breast with the Best Gravy

Ingredients
For the Turkey:
- 1 bone-in turkey breast (4-5 lbs)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 lemon, quartered
- 1 onion, quartered
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
For the Gravy:
- Drippings from the turkey
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 cups chicken or turkey broth

Instructions
For the Turkey:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
- Mix olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary in a small bowl.
- Rub the herb mixture all over the turkey breast, including under the skin.
- Place lemon, onion, and garlic in the bottom of a roasting pan. Put the turkey breast on top, skin side up.
