Des Moines Resident Wins $5.75 Million Lottery Prize
Shelby Willis, a Des Moines resident, won the top prize in the Iowa Lottery’s Lucky for Life game, amounting to $5.75 million. Willis plans to retire and move to the East Coast to be closer to his family.
