Man Arrested for Killing Modesto Teen
Troy Cannon, 59, was arrested for allegedly shooting and killing 18-year-old Jose Tamayo-Morales in Turlock. The incident followed a dispute between the two, and police used License Plate Reader technology to locate and arrest Cannon.
