Spread the love

As an avid reader, you may often find yourself stuck in a rut – unsure of what book to pick up next. There are millions of books in the world, so finding one that speaks to you can be quite the challenge. Luckily, the internet offers many resources for discovering exciting new reads. Here are the best sites for finding what books to read next:

2.Goodreads

Goodreads is a social networking site aimed towards book lovers. Not only does it give you personalized book recommendations based on your reading history, but you can also browse numerous lists created by other users. Additionally, you can join book clubs and engage in conversations with other readers to help find your next read.

2.Amazon

Amazon is not just an immense marketplace, but it also serves as a great resource for discovering new books. Their feature “Customers who bought this also bought” is quite effective in suggesting books that are similar to the one you’re searching for. Even further, Amazon has a “Best Books of the Month” list and other curated lists to help you find great new titles.

3.Book Riot

Book Riot is a news site for all things book-related. With articles such as “The Best Books of 2021 (So Far)” and “12 Feel-Good Books to Lift You Up,” Book Riot has countless recommendations for avid readers. Additionally, their podcast “All the Books!” reviews new releases every week and dives deep into hot topics of the book world.

4.LibraryThing

LibraryThing is a cataloging social network for book lovers that allows you to keep track of the books you’ve read and the ones you want to read. It also provides you with book recommendations based on your reading history and interests.

5.The New York Times Book Review

The New York Times Book Review provides a thoughtful look at books through interviews, reviews, and curated lists. Not only can you find new book recommendations, but you can also discover the stories behind the books and the authors who write them.

6.What Should I Read Next

What Should I Read Next is a simple site that does exactly what it says – helps you figure out what to read next. All you have to do is type in the title or author of a book you enjoyed, and it will give you a list of suggestions based on your input.

About Us

Since technology is not going anywhere and does more good than harm, adapting is the best course of action. That is where The Tech Edvocate comes in. We plan to cover the PreK-12 and Higher Education EdTech sectors and provide our readers with the latest news and opinion on the subject. From time to time, I will invite other voices to weigh in on important issues in EdTech. We hope to provide a well-rounded, multi-faceted look at the past, present, the future of EdTech in the US and internationally.

We started this journey back in June 2016, and we plan to continue it for many more years to come. I hope that you will join us in this discussion of the past, present and future of EdTech and lend your own insight to the issues that are discussed.
