Best Roasted Parsnips Recipe – How to Make Roasted Parsnips

Roasted parsnips are a simple, yet flavorful side dish that is perfect for any occasion. With a slightly sweet and earthy taste, they pair well with a variety of dishes and enhance the overall meal experience. In this article, we will share the best roasted parsnips recipe that is both easy to prepare and delicious.

Ingredients:

– 1 lb (450g) parsnips, peeled and cut into evenly-sized pieces

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 1 teaspoon kosher salt

– 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

– Optional: Fresh herbs such as rosemary or thyme, roughly chopped, to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Peel the parsnips and cut them into evenly-sized pieces. This is important for even cooking and browning.

3. In a large mixing bowl, toss the parsnips with the olive oil, salt, and pepper until they are evenly coated.
