If you’re looking for a tasty and unique appetizer or dessert for your next gathering, look no further than this Best Pumpkin Pie Dip recipe! This scrumptious pumpkin dip is the perfect balance of sweet and spicy flavors, making it a hit at any party. The best part? It’s incredibly easy to make and can be whipped up in just minutes.

Ingredients:

– 1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese, softened

– 1 cup canned pumpkin puree

– 1/4 cup brown sugar

– 1/4 cup granulated sugar

– 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

– 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– Optional accompaniments: graham crackers, apple slices, ginger cookies or pretzels

Instructions:

1. Start by softening the cream cheese to room temperature. You can do this by leaving it out of the refrigerator for about an hour before making the dip or quickly softening it in the microwave for about 20 seconds.

2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, canned pumpkin puree, brown sugar, granulated sugar, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and salt.

3. Use a hand mixer or stand mixer on medium speed to blend all of the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Be sure to scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed to ensure all ingredients are fully incorporated.

4. Once your pumpkin pie dip is smooth and creamy, transfer it to a serving dish. You can either serve it immediately or refrigerate it for later.

5. When ready to serve, place your chosen accompaniments around the dip on a platter. Popular options include graham crackers, apple slices, ginger cookies or pretzels.

6. Enjoy this deliciously sweet and spicy pumpkin pie dip with friends and family at your next gathering!

This best pumpkin pie dip recipe is a fantastic way to incorporate the flavors of fall into a light and easy-to-make appetizer or dessert. Although it’s perfect for parties, don’t be surprised if you find yourself making it as a special treat just for yourself. This pumpkin pie dip is truly irresistible!
