Apple Watch is now one of the most popular smartwatches in the market today. The device is designed with the latest technology and elegant appearance. One of the main dilemmas that many potential buyers face is the choice between Aluminum and Stainless Steel Apple Watch. This article will address the comparison between the two versions of Apple Watch.

Aluminum Apple Watch

The aluminum Apple watch is perfect for users who enjoy outdoor activities and sporty workout regimes. The device is lightweight and has an Ion-X glass display that is durable and scratch-resistant. Additionally, the aluminum version is considerably more affordable than the stainless steel version. It comes in silver, gold, and space gray color options.

Stainless Steel Apple Watch

The stainless steel version of the Apple Watch is heavier, pricier, and has a more premium feel to it. The device has a Sapphire Crystal Display with a high level of scratch resistance, making it the ideal option for users who prefer luxury and comfort. The stainless steel version comes in silver and black color options.

Design Differences

When it comes to design, the aluminum version has a semi-matte finish, while the stainless steel version has a shiny, polished finish. The shiny finish gives a beautiful and professional look to the watch. The stainless steel version has a heavier weight, and the metal appears to be smoother.

Price Differences

The aluminum version of the Apple Watch is comparatively cheaper than the stainless steel version. The pricing difference is due to the material used in making the watch. The aluminum version is lightweight, whereas the stainless steel version is heavier and more premium, consequently costing more.

Durability

The stainless steel version of the watch is more durable due to the Sapphire Crystal Display, which is highly resistant to scratches. The Aluminum version has an Ion-X glass display, which is less durable than the Sapphire Crystal. Therefore, the stainless steel version is more suited for users who prefer extra durability for their watch.
