Managing apps on the iPhone home screen can be a daunting task, especially if you have a lot of them. However, with a few simple steps, you can easily organize and manage your apps, making it easier to find what you need when you need it.

Step 1: Rearrange Apps

The first step to managing your apps is to rearrange them on your home screen. To do this, simply press and hold on any app until it starts to shake. From there, you can drag and drop apps to rearrange them in any order you like.

Step 2: Create Folders

Creating folders is a great way to group similar apps together and keep your home screen organized. To create a folder, simply drag one app on top of another app. A new folder will be created, and you can name it whatever you like. You can then drag other apps into the folder to keep them organized.

Step 3: Delete Unused Apps

If you have apps on your home screen that you no longer use, it’s a good idea to delete them. To do this, press and hold on the app until it starts to shake, then tap the “X” in the top left corner of the app icon. Confirm that you want to delete the app, and it will be removed from your home screen.

Step 4: Use the App Library

The App Library is a new feature in iOS 14 that automatically organizes your apps into categories, making it easier to find what you need. To access the App Library, simply swipe to the right of your last home screen page. From there, you can browse your apps by category or search for a specific app.

Step 5: Hide Pages

If you have multiple pages on your home screen, it can be helpful to hide pages that you don’t use often. To do this, go to your home screen editing mode (by pressing and holding on any app) and tap the dots at the bottom of the screen. From there, you can uncheck the pages you want to hide.

By following these simple steps, you can easily manage and organize your apps on the iPhone home screen. This can save you time and frustration when trying to find the app you need, and make your iPhone experience more enjoyable overall.
