Windows 11 is the latest operating system by Microsoft that has been gaining popularity since its release. One important aspect of a computer’s network configuration is its MAC address. MAC stands for Media Access Control, and it is a unique identifier assigned to a network interface controller (NIC) for use as a network address. In this article, we will discuss some ways to find the MAC address on Windows 11.

One of the simplest ways to find the MAC address on Windows 11 is by using the Command Prompt.

Step 1: Click on the Windows start menu and type ‘CMD’ to open the Command Prompt.

Step 2: Type ‘ipconfig /all’ and press Enter.

Step 3: This will display a list of all network adapters on your computer. Look for the adapter whose MAC address you want to find.

Step 4: The MAC address is listed under ‘Physical Address’.

3. Using Device Manager

The Device Manager is a control panel applet in Windows that allows you to view and control hardware attached to the computer.

Step 1: Click on the Windows start menu and type ‘Device Manager’ to open it.

Step 2: Expand the ‘Network adapters’ section by clicking on its arrow.

Step 3: Right-click on the adapter whose MAC address you want to find and select ‘Properties’.
