Gmail has become one of the most widely used email platforms by individuals and businesses alike. With the increasing need to have multiple email accounts for different purposes, it can become challenging and time-consuming to switch between the accounts manually. Fortunately, Gmail provides an easy way to switch between multiple accounts in the same browser. In this article, we will show you how to do it.

Step 1: Sign into Your Primary Gmail Account

The first step is to sign in to your primary Gmail account. This is the account that you will use to access all other Gmail accounts. Once you have signed in, you will see your inbox.

Step 2: Add Your Secondary Account

To access your secondary Gmail account, you need to add it to your primary account. To do this, click on your profile icon, located on the top right-hand corner of your screen, and select ‘Add account’ from the options.

Step 3: Sign Into Your Secondary Account

Once you have clicked ‘Add Account,’ you will be redirected to the Gmail sign-in page. Input the email address and password of the secondary account you wish to add. Once you have entered the credentials, click ‘Sign In.’

Step 4: Access Your Secondary Account

After you have signed in, you will see your secondary account’s inbox. To switch between your primary and secondary accounts, click on your profile icon on the top right of your screen, and you will see a list of accounts that you have added. Click on the account you want to access, and you will be redirected to the inbox of the selected account.

Step 5: Add More Accounts

If you have more than two accounts, follow steps 2 to 4 to add them to your primary Gmail account. You can add as many accounts as you want.

Conclusion

Switching between multiple Gmail accounts can be a daunting task, but with these simple steps, you can manage all your accounts with ease. The best part of this method is that you can access all your accounts on the same browser, saving you time and effort. So, whether you manage multiple personal Gmail accounts or several business Gmail accounts, this easy way to switch between Gmail accounts will simplify your life. Give it a try today!
