In the quest for a leaner body, people are constantly on the lookout for the most effective ways to shed excess fat and tone their muscles. From adopting healthier eating patterns to increasing physical activity, several strategies can help us achieve that desired lean physique. Here are six of the best methods to start seeing results right now:

1.Mindful Eating Practices

To get lean, it is essential to pay close attention to what we eat. Mindful eating involves being fully present while eating, savoring each bite, and listening to hunger cues to avoid overeating. Portion control is crucial in this aspect; by consuming smaller portions, we can significantly reduce calorie intake without feeling deprived.

2.Increase Protein Intake

3.Regular Strength Training
