2024 Kia Telluride gets subtle visual changes, small price increase

The 2024 Kia Telluride has arrived with subtle visual changes and a small price increase, making it an even more attractive option for those in the market for a stylish and practical SUV. These updates build on the already impressive foundation that has made the Telluride a popular choice among consumers.

The most noticeable change to the exterior of the 2024 Kia Telluride is its updated front grille design. This new look gives the vehicle a slightly more aggressive appearance while maintaining the signature Kia “tiger-nose” shape. Additionally, the headlights have been redesigned with sleeker LED daytime running lights and sharper lines to complement the updated grille.

Inside, the new Telluride benefits from upgraded materials and available color combinations, giving buyers more options to customize their cabin experience. An updated infotainment system also brings along more user-friendly software and enhanced connectivity capabilities, including seamless smartphone integration with both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as standard.

In terms of performance, the 2024 Kia Telluride retains its powerful 3.8-liter V6 engine that produces 291 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque. Mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission, this powertrain continues to provide smooth acceleration and responsive handling for drivers of all skill levels.

The small price increase for the 2024 model year seems justifiable given these subtle visual changes and updates to technology. Buyers can expect to pay an additional $500 on average for the new Telluride when compared to last year’s prices. However, considering its already competitive pricing within its segment, this increase is unlikely to deter potential buyers.

Moreover, safety remains a top priority for Kia as it continues to offer a comprehensive suite of driver assistance features as standard equipment across all trim levels. These features include forward-collision warnings with automatic emergency braking, lane departure warning, adaptive cruise control, and blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alerts.

Overall, the 2024 Kia Telluride’s subtle visual changes and small price increase make it an even more appealing option for those in need of a comfortable, well-equipped, and stylish SUV. With top-notch safety, connectivity features, and a strong powertrain to match its good looks, the latest iteration of the Telluride is sure to continue its successful run in the market.
