17 Things You Can Do While Actively Monitoring a Standardized Test

1. Read a book: Use this time to catch up on your reading list. Choose a book that you’ve been meaning to read and dive into the story.

2. Plan your next vacation: Use this time to research and plan your dream vacation. Look up destinations, hotel options, and activities to make your trip memorable.

3. Learn a new language: Download a language-learning app and start picking up a new language. This can be a fun and productive way to spend your time.

4. Listen to a podcast: Find an interesting podcast that aligns with your interests and listen to it while monitoring the test. You can learn something new or stay updated on current events.

5. Meditate or practice mindfulness: Focus on your breathing and practice mindfulness techniques to relax your mind and body. This can help alleviate stress and improve your concentration.

6. Solve puzzles or brain teasers: Keep your brain active by solving puzzles or brain teasers. This can be a great mental exercise and can also help improve your problem-solving skills.
