What Printers Are Compatible With Chromebooks?

Chromebooks are becoming increasingly popular in homes and workplaces due to their affordability, ease of use, and compatibility with Google’s suite of web-based applications. However, Chromebooks have limited connectivity options, including their compatibility with printers. Users who are considering purchasing a printer to use with their Chromebook need to know which models are compatible.

When it comes to Chromebook printer compatibility, the list is relatively short. As of now, Google Cloud Print is the only service that allows Chromebook users to print to a wired or wireless printer. Therefore, to print from a Chromebook, it must be connected to the internet, and the printer must be registered with Google Cloud Print. After the printer is registered, it appears as a device option in Google Cloud Print’s print dialog box.
Here are some of the best printers compatible with Chromebooks:

1. HP OfficeJet Pro 9015: This is a multi-functional printer that can print, scan, copy, and fax. It has a touchscreen display for easy navigation, and it can hold up to 250 sheets of paper. The OfficeJet Pro 9015 is also compatible with wireless printing via Apple AirPrint, Google Cloud Print, and HP Smart app.

2. Canon PIXMA TS9120: A high-end all-in-one printer that can print, scan, and copy. It has six individual ink tanks for better color accuracy and a 5-inch LCD touchscreen display for easy operation. It features wireless printing via Apple AirPrint, Google Cloud Print, and the Canon PRINT app.

3. Brother HL-L2350DW: This is a simple and affordable monochrome laser printer. It has a 250-sheet capacity paper tray, automatic duplex printing, and wireless printing via Wi-Fi Direct, Google Cloud Print, and Brother iPrint&Scan app.

4 .Epson WorkForce WF-7710: A multifunctional printer that can print, scan, copy, and fax. It has a 4.3-inch touchscreen display, and it can hold up to 500 sheets of paper. The Workforce WF-7710 is also compatible with wireless printing via Apple AirPrint, Google Cloud Print, and Epson Connect app.

5 .Samsung Xpress M2020W: A laser printer that can print up to 21 pages per minute. It has a 150-sheet input capacity and is compatible with wireless printing via Google Cloud Print and Samsung Mobile Print app.
