If you’ve encountered the “No Battery Is Detected” error on your Windows laptop, don’t panic. This issue can be caused by a variety of factors, and there are several solutions that can help you fix the problem.

Here are some of the ways to fix the “No Battery Is Detected” error on Windows:

  1. Restart your laptop

The first solution you should try is to simply restart your laptop. This can often resolve the issue, as it clears out any temporary glitches or errors that might be causing the problem.

  1. Check your battery connections

Make sure that your laptop’s battery is properly connected. It’s possible that the battery may have become loose or disconnected, which could be the cause of the error. Try removing your battery and reinserting it firmly into your laptop.

  1. Reset the battery

Some laptops have a “battery reset” function that can help to fix the “No Battery Is Detected” error. To do this, simply shut down your laptop and unplug it from the power source. Then, remove the battery and hold down the power button for 30 seconds. Reinsert the battery and turn on your laptop.

  1. Update your drivers

Outdated or corrupted drivers can cause a variety of issues, including the “No Battery Is Detected” error. Make sure that all of your laptop’s drivers are up to date, especially the battery-related drivers. You can do this by going to the Device Manager and checking for updates.

  1. Run a battery diagnostic test

Many laptops have built-in diagnostic tools that can help you to identify and fix battery issues. Check your laptop’s user manual or manufacturer website for instructions on how to run a battery diagnostic test.

  1. Try a different power cable

If your battery isn’t being detected, it’s possible that your laptop’s power cable could be the issue. Try using a different power cable to see if this resolves the problem.

  1. Replace the battery

If none of the above solutions work, it’s possible that your laptop’s battery is faulty and needs to be replaced. Contact your laptop’s manufacturer or a certified repair technician to get a replacement battery.
