Useful Telegram Features You Should Be Using If You Aren’t Already

Telegram has become one of the most popular messaging apps these days. It’s a feature-packed app that provides privacy and powerful functionality. It’s fast and very versatile, which has made it a go-to messaging app for everyone from teenagers to big businesses. However, despite its popularity, a lot of users do not know about or use some of its best features. In this article, we will explore some of the useful Telegram features you should be using if you aren’t already.

1. Secret Chats:

One of the most notable features of Telegram is that it lets you have a secure conversation with your friends or colleagues. Telegram’s Secret Chat feature allows you to send messages that self-destruct, which means they will disappear after the receiver reads them. This feature is called an End-to-End encryption protocol that helps keep your private chats safe from prying eyes.

2. Themes:

If you are not a fan of Telegram’s default theme, you can switch to something more appealing. Telegram offers a massive selection of themes, and you can select from a variety of colours, designs, and even background images to suit your taste. You can enable themes from the settings menu, and select from the pre-loaded theme packs or create your own custom themes.

3. Channel Pinning:

If you belong to many groups or channels, it can be hard to keep track of the ones you need to see the most. Telegram allows you to pin the groups, channels or chats that are most important to you to the top of your list. This feature is a time-saver because you no longer have to scroll down to find the group or channel that you’re looking for.

4. Cloud Storage:

Telegram’s Cloud storage feature is another excellent feature you should be using. When your device is running out of space, you can use the cloud storage to keep your media files safe and secure with up to 2 GB of free space. The best part is that you can access your stored files from anywhere, anytime.

5. Scheduled Messages:

Telegram’s scheduled messages is another handy feature that can come in handy when you want to send a message at a specific time, without having to remember. You can schedule messages for birthdays, anniversaries, work deadlines, and important appointments, and you won’t have to worry about forgetting to send a message at the right time.

In conclusion, these are just a few of the myriad of features on Telegram that you should be using if you aren’t already. By using these features, you can take advantage of Telegram’s powerful capabilities to make your messaging experience faster, secure and more efficient. Telegram is constantly improving and adding new features, so make sure you stay in the loop and don’t miss out on the next useful feature.
