Introduction:
On November 18, 2024, the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of an Ulster Park couple following an investigation into a burglary in the Town of Kingston. The arrests have brought relief to the local community and highlighted the effectiveness of local law enforcement.

Main Body:
The investigation began after a series of burglaries were reported in the Town of Kingston. Detectives from the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office identified the suspects through surveillance footage and witness statements. The couple, whose names have not been released, were apprehended at their residence without incident.

During the search of the suspects’ home, officers recovered stolen property linked to the burglaries, including electronics, jewelry, and other valuables. The couple has been charged with multiple counts of burglary, possession of stolen property, and other related offenses.

Sheriff Juan Figueroa praised the efforts of the detectives and the cooperation of the community in bringing the suspects to justice. He emphasized the importance of community vigilance and encouraged residents to report any suspicious activities to the authorities.

The arrests have brought a sense of security back to the residents of Kingston, who had been on edge following the spate of burglaries. The Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate whether the couple is connected to other unsolved cases in the area.
