The Best Vegan Chow Mein

Ingredients:
- 8 oz rice noodles
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions:
- Cook noodles according to package instructions.
- Heat oil in a wok, sauté onions and garlic.
- Add vegetables and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
- Mix soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar in a bowl.
- Add cooked noodles and sauce to the wok, toss to combine.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
