The BEST Slow Cooker Crockpot Pulled Pork

This recipe yields tender, flavorful pulled pork perfect for sandwiches, tacos, or on its own.
Ingredients:
- 4-5 lbs pork shoulder (Boston butt)
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
- Mix all dry spices in a bowl.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the pork shoulder.
- Place the pork in the slow cooker.
- Mix vinegar, broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour around the pork.
- Cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 6-7 hours.
- Remove pork and shred with two forks.
- Skim fat from the cooking liquid and return some to the meat for moisture.
- Serve with your favorite BBQ sauce.
