The Best Partisan Build In Lords Of The Fallen

In the realm of action RPGs, Lords of the Fallen has planted its flag with heavy, crunching combat and a variety of weapons and gear that allow for a personalized approach to battling the forces of evil. For players who opt for reach and versatility, the partisan offers a unique combat experience. This pole weapon combines the long reach of a spear with the sweeping potential of halberds, making it an excellent choice for players who prefer to keep enemies at bay while dealing lethal blows. Crafting the best partisan build revolves around maximizing its inherent strengths without compromising agility and defense—a delicate balance that can make you near-unstoppable in both corridors and open battlefields.

To get started with your partisan build, focus on strength and agility attributes. Strength will naturally increase your damage output while agility ensures you can dodge incoming attacks, weaving in and out of combat range as needed. An excellent starting point is to invest equally between these two stats until they are both at a comfortable level (around 20-25), which provides a solid foundation for the mid-game.

Next up is equipment. The winged partisan is a prime choice due to its balanced damage and scaling. It offers great range and sweep attacks, which are perfect for crowd control. Enhance your partisan with runes that favor either strength or agility, depending on which attribute you feel needs reinforcement based on your playstyle.

Armor selection is crucial; you need to be agile enough to move quickly but also be able to absorb some hits due to the two-handed nature of partisans leaving you with less opportunity for shield blocking. Medium armor sets strike a good balance here—providing ample protection without compromising maneuverability too heavily.

For magic abilities, concentrate on those that enhance your physical prowess or give you escape options should you become surrounded. The “Ram” spell is ideal as it charges through enemy lines while dealing damage, providing both an offensive and defensive utility. As an alternate or secondary spell choice, “Shelter” can provide temporary invulnerability, allowing you tactical retreats or preparation time for counter-attacks.

As for combat strategy with your partisan, take advantage of its length to strike enemies from outside their attack range. Heavy attacks are potent but slow; use them when guaranteed they won’t leave you vulnerable. Switch between thrusts for single targets and wide sweeps for groups to manage different combat situations efficiently.

Lastly, practice makes perfect. The best build means little if you aren’t familiar with attack timings and enemy patterns. Balance steady progression in improving your character’s stats and gear with honing your skills as a player.

By focusing on strength, agility, strategic equipment enhancement with runes, selecting balanced armor sets, clever use of magic abilities, and mastering attack patterns and enemy behaviors—your partisan build in Lords of the Fallen will become something truly formidable, allowing you to face whatever challenges come your way head-on with confidence.
