Weight loss medications can be an effective tool in the journey towards a healthier lifestyle. However, managing hunger pangs and cravings can still be a challenge. Choosing the right snacks can make all the difference in your weight loss journey. Here is a list of the 9 best snacks that complement your weight loss medication regime:

1.Greek Yogurt with Berries

High in protein and low in sugar, Greek yogurt helps keep you full for longer periods. Topped with antioxidant-rich berries like strawberries or blueberries, it’s a delicious and nutritious snack.

2.Mixed Nuts
