Have you ever received a call from a phone number that you don’t recognize? It could be a missed opportunity, or it could be just another annoying telemarketing call. But what if you want to know who owns that number? Fortunately, there are various sites out there that can help you identify the owner of a phone number.

One popular site that many people use is TrueCaller. TrueCaller is a free app available for both iPhone and Android devices that helps identify unknown numbers. When you receive a call, the app will search its database and display information about the caller. TrueCaller is also a crowd-sourced directory, which means that users can contribute to the database by creating profiles and adding information about themselves.

Another site you can use is Whitepages. Whitepages is a directory of phone numbers and addresses that allows you to search for any phone number in the US. You can use the site’s reverse phone lookup to search for a phone number and find information about the owner. It’s worth noting that while Whitepages is free to use, some results may require a subscription to access.

If you’re looking for a more comprehensive search, you can try using Spokeo. Spokeo is a people search engine that can provide you with detailed information about a phone number owner, including their name, address, age, and even their social media profiles. While Spokeo is paid, you can purchase a one-time report or a subscription.

Another site you can use is Intelius. Intelius is another search engine that offers a reverse phone lookup service. It can provide you with information about the owner, including their name, address, and even their criminal records. Like Spokeo, Intelius requires payment, but it offers several packages that vary in the number of reports you can purchase.

Lastly, you can try using Zabasearch. Zabasearch is a free people search engine that offers a reverse phone lookup service. You can use the site to search for a phone number and find information about the owner. Zabasearch may not provide as detailed information about the owner as some of the other sites mentioned, but it’s entirely free.

About Us

Since technology is not going anywhere and does more good than harm, adapting is the best course of action. That is where The Tech Edvocate comes in. We plan to cover the PreK-12 and Higher Education EdTech sectors and provide our readers with the latest news and opinion on the subject. From time to time, I will invite other voices to weigh in on important issues in EdTech. We hope to provide a well-rounded, multi-faceted look at the past, present, the future of EdTech in the US and internationally.

We started this journey back in June 2016, and we plan to continue it for many more years to come. I hope that you will join us in this discussion of the past, present and future of EdTech and lend your own insight to the issues that are discussed.
