1. As an appetizer: Serve burrata alongside crusty bread, crackers, or crostini. Drizzle the burrata with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

2. In a caprese salad: Combine fresh basil leaves, sliced tomatoes, and burrata for a simple yet delicious caprese salad. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil.

3. On pizza: Spread burrata over your favorite pizza dough and top with ingredients like cherry tomatoes, arugula, and prosciutto before baking.

4. Wrapped in prosciutto: Lightly wrap the burrata in slices of prosciutto for a delicious antipasto or appetizer.

5. Stuffed in avocado halves: Cut an avocado in half and remove the pit. Place a small ball of burrata in the center and drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper, and your choice of herbs.

6. With roasted vegetables: Pair burrata with roasted vegetables like zucchini, eggplant, or bell peppers for a delicious side dish or light meal.

7. In pasta dishes: Add burrata to warm pasta dishes like spaghetti carbonara or fettuccine alfredo just before serving for a rich and creamy addition.

8. As a topping for bruschetta: Toast slices of bread until crispy, then spread burrata on top along with diced tomatoes, fresh basil, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.

9. In a grain bowl: Layer cooked grains like quinoa or farro with your choice of vegetables, protein, and herbs. Top with burrata for a satisfying meal.

10. With seasonal fruit: Arrange sliced peaches or figs on a plate alongside burrata for a sweet-and-savory snack or appetizer option.

11. On a charcuterie board: Place burrata on a wooden board and surround it with meats, cheeses, olives, and various pickled items for an impressive charcuterie spread.

12. In a sandwich: Spread burrata on your choice of bread alongside prosciutto, arugula or lettuce, sun-dried tomatoes or fresh tomatoes, and a dash of balsamic glaze to create an unforgettable sandwich.

With these twelve simple steps, you can elevate your burrata experience from basic to sensational. Enjoy it in appetizers, salads, pasta dishes, sandwiches, and more for an added touch of luxury to your meals.

About Us

Since technology is not going anywhere and does more good than harm, adapting is the best course of action. That is where The Tech Edvocate comes in. We plan to cover the PreK-12 and Higher Education EdTech sectors and provide our readers with the latest news and opinion on the subject. From time to time, I will invite other voices to weigh in on important issues in EdTech. We hope to provide a well-rounded, multi-faceted look at the past, present, the future of EdTech in the US and internationally.

We started this journey back in June 2016, and we plan to continue it for many more years to come. I hope that you will join us in this discussion of the past, present and future of EdTech and lend your own insight to the issues that are discussed.
