Children need to learn the simple subject of kindness at an early age. Everybody has their own circumstances and different things to manage in life, so behaving like they have superiority over others, leaders should offer support to people around them. They should always see how they can help people around them because it’s the little things that can mean a lot. Showing Care for Others
When in charge of others, it’s important not to forget that they’re people and have a life beyond school or work. When giving feedback to someone else, you must do it decently as it’ll allow the other person to listen to you more and respect you. Critical conversations can be hard, but when you spin it in an affirmative manner and present the information as tenderly as you can, you’ll get better feedback from others. So, if you observe that a student is behaving badly in class, address the issue affirmatively and gently to deal with it effectively.
