The automotive industry is abuzz with news about the future of Infiniti vehicles, as the luxury brand is set to unveil its redesigned QX80 for the 2024 model year, with an all-new QX65 crossover following close behind. In this article, we’ll delve into what to expect from these two upcoming vehicles and how they will impact the luxury SUV market.

The New Infiniti QX80 for 2024

The current-generation Infiniti QX80 has been a popular choice in the full-size luxury SUV segment since its introduction in 2010. However, with new competitors constantly emerging, it’s time for Infiniti to bring their flagship offering up-to-date. The 2024 QX80 promises to introduce significant updates, including a redesigned exterior, an upscale interior with advanced technology features, and a more efficient powertrain.

Design-wise, the new QX80 is anticipated to showcase a sleeker and more aggressive aesthetic compared to its current iteration. With redesigned LED headlights and taillights, along with a larger, bolder grille, these changes are expected to reflect Infiniti’s evolving design language.

Inside the cabin, expect an upgraded and more luxurious interior equipped with high-quality materials and cutting-edge technology features. An all-new infotainment system with smartphone integration is anticipated along with advanced driver-assistance systems such as adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning and automatic lane-keeping assist.

Under the hood of the 2024 QX80, it’s expected that Infiniti will use a more fuel-efficient engine option without sacrificing power or performance. While further details on powertrain options are yet to be revealed, it is speculated that a hybrid or plug-in hybrid could be in the works.

The Upcoming Infiniti QX65 Crossover

Following the launch of the redesigned QX80, Infiniti will introduce a brand-new luxury SUV to its lineup, the QX65. This all-new crossover is expected to offer a sportier and more compact alternative to the full-size QX80. Slotted between the existing QX50 and QX70, the QX65 will provide a balance of style, performance, and innovation that will reinvigorate interest in the midsize SUV market.

While specific details on the QX65 remain scarce, industry experts predict that it will feature characteristics similar to its elder sibling, the QX80. This may include a similarly bold exterior design, an upscale interior with advanced technology features, and possibly even an electrified powertrain option.

Conclusion

As Infiniti continues to innovate within the luxury SUV segment, consumers can expect exciting updates in their lineup in the coming years. Both the 2024 Infiniti QX80 and all-new QX65 crossover are set to make waves in the market as they showcase new design elements, improved technology, and better performance capabilities. Keep your eyes peeled for these highly anticipated releases!
