HPD Arrests Suspect in Apartment Sexual Assaults
On November 13, 2024, the Houston Police Department announced the arrest of Denzeill Sneed, a suspect linked to two apartment break-ins and sexual assaults in the West Gulf Bank Road area. Sneed, a documented gang member, was apprehended in the Acres Homes area. He faces charges of burglary with intent to commit a felony and aggravated sexual assault. The investigation revealed the possibility of a second suspect involved in additional assaults in the same neighborhood. The HPD continues to seek information from potential victims.
