How to View Your Steam Purchase History
As a Steam user, keeping track of your purchase history is important. It allows you to monitor the games you’ve bought, their prices, and when you bought them. Fortunately, viewing your Steam purchase history is a straightforward process. In this article, we’ll show you how to do it.
Step 1: Go to Steam’s website and log in to your account
The first thing you need to do is visit Steam’s website and log in to your account. Once you’re in, you should see your account name at the top right corner of the screen. Click on it, and a drop-down menu will appear. From the menu, select “Account Details.”
Step 2: Navigate to the “View Purchase History” section
On the account details page, you’ll see a list of categories on the left-hand side of the screen. Look for the “Store & Purchase History” category, and click on it. This will take you to another page where you’ll see several options. Look for the “View Purchase History” option, and click on it.
Step 3: Browse through your purchase history
On the purchase history page, you’ll see a list of all the games you’ve bought on Steam. Each game is listed with its title, price, purchase date, and payment method. You can use the search bar at the top of the page to search for a specific game or sort your purchases by date, title, or price.
If you want to view more details about a particular purchase, click on its title. This will take you to another page where you’ll see additional information such as the game’s activation key, purchase receipt, and download link.
Step 4: Export your purchase history
If you want to keep a record of your purchase history outside of Steam, you can export it to a file. To do this, click on the “Export to CSV” button on the top right corner of the purchase history page. This will save your purchase history as a CSV file, which you can view in spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
