If you have a Verizon iPhone, you can use the Data and Voice (HD Voice) feature to make high-quality voice calls while simultaneously using data. This is a useful feature that allows you to multitask while on a call, such as browsing the web or checking your emails. Here’s how to use Data and Voice (HD Voice) on a Verizon iPhone:

Step 1: Check Your Phone Compatibility

Before you can use Data and Voice (HD Voice) on your Verizon iPhone, you need to ensure that your device is compatible. HD Voice is available on iPhone 6 and later models, so if you have an older model, you won’t be able to use this feature.

Step 2: Enable HD Voice

To enable HD Voice on your Verizon iPhone, follow these steps:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.

2. Tap on “Cellular”.

3. Tap on “Enable LTE”.

4. Select “Voice & Data” to enable HD Voice.

Step 3: Make a Call

Once you’ve enabled HD Voice, you can make a call as you normally would. During the call, you can use data without interrupting the call. You can switch between Wi-Fi and cellular data during the call without any issues.

Step 4: Check HD Voice Status

If you want to check if HD Voice is enabled during a call, look for the “HD” icon on the call screen. This icon indicates that you’re using HD Voice and can simultaneously use data.

Conclusion

Using Data and Voice (HD Voice) on a Verizon iPhone is a convenient feature that allows you to multitask while on a call. With just a few simple steps, you can enable HD Voice and enjoy high-quality voice calls while using data.
