This feature makes data management easier, as it allows you to analyze and organize data efficiently. In this article, we will show you how to sync Microsoft Forms responses to Excel.

Step 1: Create a Form

2. Click on the “New Form” button on the top left corner of the page.

3. Choose the type of form you want to create. You can create a survey, quiz, or poll.

4. Enter the necessary information in the fields provided, such as questions, options, and settings.

5. Once you have finished creating your form, click on the “Send Form” button to share it or “Preview” to see how it looks like.

Step 2: Sync Responses to Excel

After you have created your form, the next step is to sync the responses to Excel. Here’s how you can do it:

1. Go to the “Responses” tab on your form. This is located on the top of the page.

2. Click on the “Excel” button on the top right corner of the page.

3. Choose where you want to save your workbook. You can save it to OneDrive, your computer, or SharePoint.

4. Select the format you prefer for your responses. You can choose to download as an Excel Workbook (.xlsx), CSV (Comma Separated Values), or TSV (Tab Separated values).

5. Click on the “Export” button.

Step 3: Analyze and Organize Data
