1. Research and select the best candy: To sell candy in school, you first need to decide what types of candy you want to sell. Consider popular options like chocolates, gummies, and lollipops. Do your research to find out which candies are most in demand among your peers.

2. Calculate your costs and profits: Before you start selling, you should calculate how much money you’ll need to invest in buying candy and how much profit you can make by reselling them at a higher price.

3. Obtain permission from the school administration: Selling candy in school might require obtaining permission from the school administration. Make sure to approach them with a well-prepared plan, highlighting your intentions and goals.

4. Find a supplier: Once you have permission from your school, find a reliable supplier who can provide the candies at wholesale prices so you can maximize your profit margins.

5. Create a brand identity: Stand out from others by creating attractive packaging that reflects the quality of your candy and appeals to your target market.

6. Set prices according to demand: Determine the right selling price for each type of candy by considering factors such as cost, competition, and demand among your peers.

7. Market your candy operation: Create buzz about your candy-selling business with creative marketing strategies like promotional flyers, social media posts, or word-of-mouth referrals.

8. Organize and manage inventory: Keep track of your inventory by regularly checking stocks and replenishing them on time. Store the candies at an appropriate temperature to ensure they do not spoil or melt.

9. Develop strong customer service skills: People are more likely to buy from someone they trust and like! Communication is key when running a business; learn how to actively engage with customers while selling candy at school.

10. Offer deals and promotions: Encourage repeat purchases by offering special deals such as “Buy two, get one free” or other promotional offers that can help you attract more customers and increase your sales.

By following these ten steps, you can successfully set up your candy-selling business in school and turn it into a profitable venture. Don’t forget to have fun while doing it!
