How to See Who Viewed Your Instagram Posts

As an avid Instagram user, you may wonder how to see who is viewing your Instagram posts. Unfortunately, there is no direct way to find out, as Instagram does not provide this feature. However, there are some alternative methods that can give you insight into who is viewing your posts.

Here are some of the methods that can be used to see who viewed your Instagram posts:

1. Story Views

The best way to find out who is viewing your Instagram posts is through your Instagram story views. Instagram allows you to see who has viewed your story in the past 24 hours. While it is not the same as seeing who has viewed your regular posts, it can still give you an idea of who is interested in your content.

2. Third-Party Apps

There are numerous third-party apps available that claim to provide users with the ability to see who viewed their Instagram posts. While some of these apps may work, they are not officially sanctioned by Instagram and may put your account at risk. Some of these apps may require you to log in to your Instagram account, which can also be a security risk. It’s essential to be cautious when using these apps and do research before using them.

3. Instagram Insights

If you have a business profile on Instagram, you can view insights into your posts’ performance. These insights include the number of impressions, reach, and engagement for each post. While this information does not tell you who viewed your posts, it can give you an idea of what your audience is interested in.

4. Direct Messages

When someone views your post, they may send you a direct message about it. While this does not provide a comprehensive list of who viewed your post, it can give you an idea of who is interested in your content.

About Us

Since technology is not going anywhere and does more good than harm, adapting is the best course of action. That is where The Tech Edvocate comes in. We plan to cover the PreK-12 and Higher Education EdTech sectors and provide our readers with the latest news and opinion on the subject. From time to time, I will invite other voices to weigh in on important issues in EdTech. We hope to provide a well-rounded, multi-faceted look at the past, present, the future of EdTech in the US and internationally.

We started this journey back in June 2016, and we plan to continue it for many more years to come. I hope that you will join us in this discussion of the past, present and future of EdTech and lend your own insight to the issues that are discussed.
