The PlayStation 5 is a powerful console that allows you to play your favorite video games with high-definition graphics and smooth gameplay. If you want to share your gaming experience with others or simply want to keep a record of your gaming achievements, you can easily record your PS5 gameplay. In this article, we’ll guide you through the steps to record gameplay on PS5.

Step 1: Set up your PS5 for recording gameplay

Before you start recording gameplay on your PS5, you need to enable the recording feature. To do this, go to Settings> Captures and Broadcasts> Captures and select “Enable HDCP Off”.

Step 2: Choose the recording length

You can choose the length of your recording before starting to play. Press the Create button on your controller, then select “New Recording”. Select the duration of the recording from the preset options or customize the length according to your preference.

Step 3: Start recording the gameplay

Once you have configured everything, it’s time to start recording your gameplay. Simply press the Create button on your controller and select “Start Recording”. You will see a small red indicator in the upper right corner of the screen, indicating that the recording has begun.

Step 4: Save and share the recording

Once you have finished recording your gameplay, you can save it by pressing the Create button on your controller and selecting “Save Recording”. You can share your recording by going to “Media Gallery” in the Captures and Broadcasts section and selecting the recording you want to share. You can then choose to upload it to your social media account or send it to your friends.

Step 5: Edit your recorded gameplay

If you want to edit your recorded gameplay, you can do so using PS5’s built-in video editor. You can trim, crop, add text, music, and effects to your video to enhance its quality. Once you’re done editing, you can save the video and share it with your friends.

In conclusion, recording gameplay on PS5 is a great way to share your gaming experience with others or keep a record of your gaming achievements. Follow the steps outlined above and you’ll be able to record, edit and share your gameplay in no time. Happy gaming!
