Facebook has introduced new features such as 3D photos, that allow users to add an extra dimension to their photos. If you are wondering how to post a 3D photo on Facebook, the process is a bit different from posting conventional photos, but it is not complicated. Here is how to post a 3D photo on Facebook.

Step 1: Take a Portrait Mode Photo

To create a 3D photo, you need to have a portrait mode photo. If your phone or camera has a portrait mode or a bokeh effect feature, use it to take photos of objects or people with depth in the background. The portrait mode or bokeh effect makes the subject in your photo stand out while blurring the background.

Step 2: Upload the Photo

After taking the portrait mode photo, you need to upload it to Facebook. Open the Facebook app and tap on the “What’s on your mind?” or the “Create Post” option. Afterward, select the “3D Photo” option.

Step 3: Choose the Photo

From the options available, select the photo you want to use. Facebook will automatically process the photo and turn it into a 3D photo.

Step 4: Edit the Photo

The next step is editing the photo. You can adjust the depth of the photo, the angle of the photo, and the orientation of the photo. You can also add text or stickers to your 3D photo.

Step 5: Post the Photo

Once you have finished editing your photo, click on the “Share” button to post your 3D photo on Facebook.

In conclusion, posting a 3D photo on Facebook is not difficult. You only need to have a portrait mode photo, upload it to Facebook, select the “3D Photo” option, and then edit and post the photo. 3D photos add a new and exciting dimension to your Facebook posts, and you should try them out.
