Gmail is an email service provided by Google that is widely used around the world. It is known for its user-friendly interface and easy accessibility. One of its many features includes the ability to open a Gmail message in its own window. This feature proves to be useful for those who want to have a full view of the email without it being restricted by the size of the web browser.

If you’re looking to learn how to open a Gmail message in its own window, we’ve got you covered. Here is a step-by-step guide to help you do just that:

Step 1: Log in to your Gmail account

Before you can go any further, you need to ensure that you’re logged into your Gmail account.

Step 2: Open the email

Once you’re logged in to your Gmail account, you need to locate the email that you want to open in its own window. Once you’ve located it, click on it to open it.

Step 3: Select the ‘Pop-out’ option

Once the email has been opened, you will notice a couple of options at the top right corner of the screen. Amongst these options, you will find the ‘Pop-out’ option. Select this option to open the email in its own window.

Step 4: View the email in its own window

After selecting the ‘Pop-out’ option, the email will open in a separate window. You can now view the email in its own window, allowing you to navigate through it without any restrictions.

Step 5: Close the email window

Once you’re done viewing the email, ensure that you close the email window by clicking on the ‘X’ on the top right corner of the screen. This will ensure that the email is closed, and you can continue with your regular Gmail activities.

In conclusion, opening a Gmail message in its own window is a straightforward process that can be done by following these simple steps. This feature can save you time and effort as it allows you to view emails in their entirety without having to navigate through the Gmail interface. We hope that this guide has been helpful in teaching you how to open a Gmail message in its own window.
