Slime has become a popular and fun activity for kids and adults alike. Making slime with soap is an easy way to create a non-toxic, affordable, and customizable concoction at home. This article will guide you through the process in 11 simple steps.

.Gather your materials: To make soap slime, you’ll need liquid soap, water, food coloring (optional), and cornstarch.

.Choose a clean workspace: Select an area that is easy to clean and free from any clutter.

.Mix the liquid soap and water: In a medium-sized bowl, combine equal parts liquid soap and water. Stir well until the soap is thoroughly dissolved in the water.

.Add food coloring (optional): If you want to give your slime a vibrant color, add a few drops of food coloring into the mixture. Stir well to evenly distribute the color.

.Incorporate cornstarch: Slowly begin adding cornstarch to the mixture, stirring continuously. Keep adding cornstarch until the mixture starts to thicken and achieve a slime-like consistency.

.Test the consistency: At this point, your slime should be somewhat thick but still runny. It should slowly drip off your spoon when lifted out of the bowl.

.Adjust if necessary: If the slime is too runny, add more cornstarch; if it’s too thick, add more water or liquid soap.

.Let it rest: Allow your slime mixture to sit undisturbed for about 10-15 minutes to let it thicken further.

.Knead with your hands: After resting, use your hands to knead and stretch the slime until it becomes smooth and less sticky.

.Store properly: When not in use, store your soap slime in an airtight container to keep it fresh and prevent it from drying out.

.Have fun: Now that your soap slime is ready, enjoy playing with it! You can experiment with different soap scents, colors, and even add glitter to make your slime unique.

Making slime with soap is an easy and fun activity that kids and adults can enjoy together. By following these simple steps, you can create a completely customizable and safe slime experience at home. So go ahead, get creative and enjoy making some soap slime!
