Minecraft is a popular game that allows players to create and explore their own customized world. One of the interesting features of Minecraft is the ability to create portals that can transport players to different dimensions. Among these portals, the End Portal is the most interesting one as it leads to the game’s final dimension, the End. In this article, we will discuss how to make an End Portal in Minecraft.

What is an End Portal?

An End Portal is a portal crafted using 12 End Portal Frames and activated using End Portal Blocks. This portal can be used to travel to and from the End dimension, which is also known as the home of the Ender Dragon. Players need to defeat the Ender Dragon to get access to the End City, where they can find rare items that they cannot get in the Overworld.

How to Make an End Portal?

Making an End Portal in Minecraft involves the following steps:

Step 1: Find a Stronghold

To create an End Portal, players need to find a stronghold. Strongholds are structures that spawn underground in the Overworld randomly. Players can find strongholds by using Eyes of Ender. Craft Eyes of Ender by combining Blaze Powder and Ender Pearls. Throw the Eyes of Ender, and they will float into the air and lead you to the nearest stronghold. Keep following the Eyes of Ender until you reach the stronghold.

Step 2: Find the End Portal Room

The stronghold has multiple rooms and corridors. However, only one room contains the End Portal Frame blocks. The room is usually hidden behind a wall, so players need to explore the stronghold to find it. Once players find the room, they will notice the 12 End Portal Frames arranged in a circle.

Step 3: Fill the End Portal Frames

To create an End Portal, players need to fill the 12 End Portal Frames with Eye of Ender blocks. Place the Eye of Ender blocks into the End Portal Frames, and the frames will turn purple, indicating that they are working correctly.

Step 4: Activate the End Portal

After placing the Eye of Ender blocks in the End Portal Frames, players need to activate the End Portal by placing End Portal Blocks on the top of the frames. Place three End Portal Blocks on the top of the frames, and the End Portal will activate. Players can now enter the portal and get transported to the End dimension.

Conclusion

Minecraft offers players various possibilities to discover and experience new things. Building an End Portal is one of the most thrilling things that players can do, as it leads them to the game’s final dimension, where they can fight the Ender Dragon and get rare items. Players can make End Portals by following the above steps and enjoy the game’s ultimate adventure.
