How to Make a Caesar Drink: 13 Steps

Step 1: Gather your ingredients

To create the perfect Caesar drink, you will need:

– Vodka

– Clamato juice

– Worcestershire sauce

– Hot sauce (like Tabasco)

– Freshly ground black pepper

– Celery salt

– Ice

– Fresh lime or lemon wedges

– Celery stalks or pickled beans, for garnish

Step 2: Prepare your glass

Rim a tall glass with some lime or lemon juice from the wedge. Then dip the rim of the glass into a plate filled with celery salt.

Step 3: Fill the glass with ice

Fill your glass to the top with fresh ice cubes.

Step 4: Pour in the vodka

Add 1 to 1.5 ounces of vodka into the glass.

Step 5: Add Clamato juice

Fill the glass almost to the top with Clamato juice, leaving room for other ingredients.

Step 6: Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce to taste

Add a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce to suit your taste preferences.

Step 7: Squeeze in fresh citrus

Squeeze a wedge of lime or lemon into your drink, adding more flavor and acidity.

Step 8: Grind some black pepper

Grind fresh black pepper on top of your drink to add complexity and depth.

Step 9: Mix it up

Use a long spoon or stirrer to mix all the ingredients together until well combined.

Step 10: Adjust seasonings as needed

Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary by adding more hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, or citrus wedges as desired.

Step 11: Garnish with celery or pickled beans

Place a celery stalk, pickled bean, or both into your drink as a finishing touch and added flavor enhancer.

Step 12: Add a cocktail straw or stirrer

Place a cocktail straw or stirrer in your glass for sipping convenience.

Step 13: Enjoy your Caesar drink responsibly
